this year, i managed to jump up a level in math from algebra 1 to geometry honors. it's been hard to maintain the math grade i had last year, which has lead to a few melt-downs and late night phone calls to my aunt who is a math teacher.
but overall, it's been so much fun...my teacher is really good and funny and this year is one of the first time i look forward to going to math. because it is so fun. we just sit around, eat candy, get off topic, hyperventilate and (sometimes) talk about the previous night's math homework. all in all, tons of fun.
at first i was afraid that everyone in my class would be super-smart and i'd look like a complete idiot and fail, but it's really fun and i'm doing better than i did last year in math
it's getting late and i should probably head to bed after doing a crazy hard problem...

um, amy, you had "a few melt-downs and late night phone calls to your aunt" LAST year when you were in normal math. so i don't think honors LED you to those things...you were already like that. and i'm sure your listening ears really benefit the "fun-ness" of the class.
