dst

i had so much fun last night...it was my school's fddd(father-daughter dinner dance). basically, at the fddd, you get all dressed up, go to some nice hotel, eat dinner and dance with your friends/with your dad. it's always pretty fun. and the senior dads always do some dance to completely humiliate themselves.
the year, the theme was the oscars and they had all these cardboard cutouts, so we had tons of fun take pictures in weird poses with the cutouts. and now i'm totally exhausted from staying up until midnight for two days in a row. and my feet kind of hurt from the heels i was wearing last night, but i had so much fun, it was worth it.
however, daylight saving time(dst) happened today and now i'm kind of confused. am i supposed to be tired from losing an hour of sleep or awake from gaining an hour of sleep? i really don't get how dst works out. my friend lives in arizona and doesn't have to deal with it. lucky her. if any of you could explain how dst works and all that fun stuff, i'd be highly indebted.

first of all, if i'm correct, i believe amy went to cambridge this summer. not oxford. there's a huge difference.
second of all, dst is really confusing, there are a lot of people confused by it.
third, if you have so many criticisms of amy and find her so irritating (i'm assuming that all of the other scathing posts are from you), then why are you spending time reading her blog?
amy keep writing!!
